信息学院孟昭莉博士近日在信息系统国际一类核心期刊Decision Support Systems第43卷发表了论文《The value of IT to firms in a developing country in the catch-up process: An empirical comparison of China and the United States》，孟昭莉博士为第一作者。在国内信息系统方向，目前仅有少数几位学者在该期刊中发表过论文。

孟昭莉博士的论文刊载于《Decision Support Systems》43卷737～745页。此篇论文对比了中美IT投资对企业的生产力及市场价值的影响，分析了IT投资在中美两国企业中的不同作用，并对IT投资研究学者及企业的高层管理人员提出相关建议。

孟昭莉博士还在2007年欧洲信息系统年会（The 15th European Conference on Information Systems, Switzerland，2007）上发表并到会宣读论文Competition and compatibility between open source software and proprietary software。此会议为信息系统领域一类国际会议。
